How to apply the cream

The most effective way to use Simply Flower Power Pain Relief & Moisturising Cream is to:

- Apply the cream to the site of pain, covering the whole painful area, especially while the pain is present

- Wait five to twenty minutes to judge the pain relief obtained. In many instances, there is already a marked change

- If the pain or discomfort is still present, or the change is only slight, re-apply the cream in the same manner

- You may repeat this procedure every fifteen to twenty minutes until substantial pain relief is obtained.
