Tranquility Essence may be described as a liquid version of the Pain Relief & Moisturising Cream, with a different homeopathic ingredient - Camomilla 6x replacing St John's Wort 6x.

Application
Tranquility Essence is suitable for all ages. Simply halve the dosage for young children and use one third of the recommended dosage for babies.
- Regular use: four to six drops in a little water (or juice) three times per day.

During times of immediate distress, one to three drops straight into mouth

A 100ml glass of water to which three to five drops of Tranquility Essence have been added, sipped at half hourly intervals during the day, may assist in helping you keep calm on difficult or demanding days.

Add five drops to a 250ml bottle of water and drink over the day.

10-20 drops added to your bath water may assist in relaxation.

Add a few drops to your pet's water bowl or to the watering can for your plants.

A few drops on a painful area may assist in relieving physical pain.

Ingredients
Tranquility Essence contains flower essences and homeopathic ingredients in a water/ethanol mixture. The flower remedies in Tranquility Essence are the same flower essences that are in the Simply Flower Power® Pain Relief & Moisturising Cream. The homeopathic ingredient is Chamomilla 6x, well known for its calming effect.

Wedding

Parental worries

Assists with counselling sessions
Thank you so much for creating your brilliant Tranquility Essence. It really has worked wonders for me on a physical and emotional level. After starting counselling (with a psychologist), I felt I had been terrible and couldn't pull myself together. I also felt completely exhausted. Calms agitated dog
Our golden retriever puppy is full of energy and sometimes uncontrollable. I recently took her to her usual veterinarian for her vaccinations. Note from Jessica Read regarding her own experience with Tranquility Essence
Death of pets
On two occasions, I have been present when friends of mine learned of the death of a beloved pet. I was able to give them some Tranquility Essence immediately by putting drops straight into their mouth. It was amazing to watch the expression of shock and grief leave their face and see them regain their strength and composure within a matter of minutes. They still had to go through the grieving process but they did not feel completely shattered as they might have without the help of the drops I gave them.
Recently my daughter's dog died, of old age. We were with him during his stay in hospital and when he received his final needle. We could not have coped had we not been sipping Tranquility Essence during the whole event; the grief would have been overwhelming. We gave him some of the essence too and it seemed to help him cope with his situation better too.
Every day use
On days when I have a lot of work ahead of me and am feeling overwhelmed by it all, I place a full glass of water on my kitchen counter and add three to five drops of Tranquility Essence to the water. I take a sip of this water every half an hour or whenever I go past the kitchen counter. The glass lasts me half a day and I feel much clearer headed and able to cope with my daily tasks thanks to this. I realize how much this helps when I forget to take this action and end up feeling exhausted an drained at the end of the day.
Driving in heavy traffic
There is very little traffic where I live so when I have to drive closer to the city, I make sure I have a bottle of Tranquility Essence in the driver's door pocket so that I can put one or two drops in my mouth if the increased demands of driving in traffic start to get to me. It makes all the difference in the world to my driving and my state of mind.
