How to apply Simply Flower Power to injuries caused by repetitive movements
The application here is two fold:
1. Routine application
Because
the pain has often become a daily occurance and may interfere with many
other activities, it is advisable to apply the cream to the painful
area on a regular basis at least three times a day, more often if the
pain is very severe, less often for less severe pain. Most people find
that first thing in the morning, last time at night and sometime during
the day with another regular activity such as during a lunch break, is
the easiest way to remember.
2. Before and after the activity
During
activities that may aggravate the pain for instance in the case of
